We are looking for an Senior Electronics Engineer to join our team. The main task will be the design, implement and testing of electronic and optoelectronics systems.
Tasks to be performed:
- Design, develop and test electronics systems, including instrumentation and sensor conditioning systems, optoelectronic systems, and also RF antennas and transceivers.
- Plan and execute tasks in collaboration with the R&D team to ensure project objectives are met.
- Evaluate and recommend hardware development process improvements in collaboration with engineering management.
- Work in a multidisciplinary team researching and developing electronic equipment for various sectors such as industrial, photonics or space.
- Participate in the integration and testing of electronics systems.
- Participate in tasks related to new product development, including planning, task estimation, design, design verification, peer review, integration, and release.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical project documentation.
- Participate in the analysis and specification of electronic subsystems and lead design reviews.
Required skills, experience and candidate profile:
- MSc in Electronics Engineering / Telecommunications or similar.
- Minimum 5 year experience in a similar position.
- Proved experience in the design and development of optoelectronic systems.
- Prior knowledge in mixed-signal front-end and radio frequency front-end systems.
- Ability to work in collaborative and multidisciplinary environments.
- Analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Solid basis in analog and digital electronics design.
- Experience in firmware design for microcontrollers.
- Design schematics and PCB layouts for mixed-signal electronic circuits with Altium designer or other ECAD tools.
- Circuit capture tools as well as simulation tools at system and circuits.
- Board test procedures definition.
- Proven experience using advance electronic instrumentation.
- Proficient in English.
