ARQUIMEA Research Center (ARC), part of ARQUIMEA , was born in 2019 with the aim of inventing the technologies of tomorrow. An environment of innovation and excellence at European level from which senior and junior researchers from around the world develop disruptive technologies and business models that will serve as an engine of socio-economic growth in the medium and long term. 

We’re looking for candidates with a bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science who are currently pursuing a master’s degree in a field related to artificial intelligence, computer graphics, or computer vision. Ideally, the candidate will work on their master's thesis during the internship.

Proposed Master’s Thesis Topics:

1. SAR2Height Methods: Height reconstruction from single SAR intensity images.
2. Camera Pose Optimization in Inverse Rendering Problems: Handling noisy camera poses in NERF related problems.

Required skills, experience and candidate profile: 

• Strong background in deep learning.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Docker containerization.
• Background in SAR (Synthetic Aperture Radar).
• Familiarity with NeRF (Neural Radiance Fields).
