Finance & Controlling (FI/CO)
Define and validate: chart of accounts alignment, posting logic, taxes/local compliance requirements (as defined by Arquimea), asset accounting, closing procedures, cost center structures, internal orders, allocation/settlement principles, WIP/variance concepts (where applicable).

Logistics/Inventory (MM/EWM)
Own process and configuration validation for purchasing, goods receipt, returns, GR/IR behavior, inventory movements, and their accounting impact.
Lead EWM design validation: warehouse structure, stock types/statuses, putaway/picking/staging, physical inventory, returns flows, integration points with QM/Production.
Integration & data
Co-own functional requirements for interfaces impacting FI/CO/PS/MM/EWM (banking, billing/invoicing, reporting/Power BI, PLM touchpoints affecting valuation/account assignment).
Define master data standards for materials (accounting views), valuation classes, storage locations/warehouse numbers, batch/serial financial implications, vendor/customer financial data.
Testing, cutover, and stabilization
Own UAT scripts for finance, PS, procurement, inventory and EWM; lead defect triage and acceptance sign-off.
Lead reconciliations during migration/cutover: opening balances, inventory qty/value, GR/IR, AP/AR open items, asset data.
Run hypercare functional stabilization and handover to steady-state support (runbooks, controls, KPIs).
Required candidate profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or similar.
Desirable: Master in Finance/Controlling, ERP/SAP specialization, or Supply Chain.
Specific Knowledge Required:
SAP S/4HANA functional knowledge in:

EWM (warehouse execution)
Understanding of auditability, segregation of duties, and role-based access (Fiori authorization concepts at functional level).
Strong capability in Excel/CSV for migration validation and reconciliations.
Minimum Experience Required
5+ years in SAP functional roles (S/4HANA preferred).
At least one full-cycle implementation (blueprint to go-live/hypercare).
Proven experience in FI/CO + MM; PS ownership strongly preferred; EWM desirable.
